Delivery and Return
General terms of delivery
Delivery for orders placed in the online store PPK Shop carried out through transport companies:
• InPost Sp. z o. o.
• DPD Polska Sp. z o.o.
• DTS Transport Sp. z o.o.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 11 in the morning.
Please notice that orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Please note that orders with more than one item might be delivered from different warehouses. As a result you could receive more than one parcel.
Orders that come from different warehouses will be processed as fast as possible, but there might be short delays.
In the case of deliveries made via InPost or DPD Polska, the courier decides the delivery date, and if delivery is not possible, the goods are left for collection at the "notification point" in accordance with the general regulations of that courier.
In the case of deliveries via DTS Transport, the date of delivery will be agreed individually with the customer. At the customer's request, the delivery may be arranged at a later date. Until the delivery date is individually agreed with the customer, the delivery will not be carried out. If it is not possible to deliver at the time agreed with the Customer, the goods are returned to the Seller.
Deliveries are generally made on business days.
If the goods are not collected during the delivery attempt:
• for orders carried out via InPost or DPD Polska - the goods will be forwarded to the nearest notification point, where it will be waiting for collection for 7 calendar days, after which it will be returned to the seller,
• for orders carried out via DTS Transport - the goods will be returned to the seller.
Please pay special attention to the dimensions of the furniture and the width of the entrance door and staircase at its destination. The seller is not responsible for the inability to bring the furniture in as a result of failure to do so. For furniture in packages or requiring assembly - in order to assess the possibility of bringing them in, the dimensions should be taken as for the furniture itself.
The Free Shipping is only available in Germany and in Poland for all standard deliveries.
DELIVERY OF DAMAGED/WRONG GOODS
Please contact our service department immediately in case you receive wrong/damaged goods. These goods are going to be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back. You will have the possibility to choose the reason why you are sending them back directly in the return-form.
The return is free of charge, which means that we are going to pay for the pick-up/sending back of your items.
Please note that we have of time to complete the refund payment, starting from the day in which we receive your return at our warehouse.
Of course, we do our best to refund your money as soon as possible within the 30 days, in fact:
-refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts normally take up to 5 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.
-refund payments to bank accounts normally take up to 10 days from the moment in which we receive the return at our warehouse.
